Life is Easier with Grounding

By: Reggie Taschereau

When I was first learning about grounding I decided to play with it while I was taking a walk.  There was a railroad track near where I lived that I liked to walk along.  Occasionally I would walk along one of the rails to see how long I could go before I lost my balance and stepped off.  So I played with walking along the rail grounded and ungrounded.  I found that usually I could walk about one section of the rail before I lost my balance.  I found that when I grounded before walking on the rail I could get about three sections.  I tried this several times as I was intrigued by how simple and effective it was and got a similar result each time.

One morning at work, a co-worker was having trouble getting her computer to work right.  She asked me to help.  I watched what she was doing, but didn’t have much to add, except for one small suggestion.  But then I sat there and grounded and used my spiritual techniques to create a safe place.  I was just quiet and watched her continue to work with the computer.  Then all of a sudden it worked just right.  She was amazed and delighted.  She said it was because I was there.  I believe she was right, I was creating a grounded space and asking for spiritual help.

One of my adult children was struggling with a decision about where to live.  He was going back and forth on the pro’s and con’s of various options.  It looked much simpler to me, but I let him have his process.  I also grounded and brought in gold energy.  About the only physical thing I did was to suggest he consider what he wanted rather than just evaluate the possibilities.  After a while of my listening and helping with grounding and gold energy, he all of a sudden knew what he wanted to do and all his logical pieces seemed to fall in place.  He thanked me for the thoughtful discussion and went away happy.  I like using these techniques, I don’t have to think hard about decisions.
