Life is Change

By: Mary Ellen Flora

Look at all of the changes your body experiences from conception to death. Every experience is a change in your life. All bodies are accustomed to change, but not this present level of change. This time on Earth is a period of vast and rapid change.

This transition is making bodies afraid because there is more of the unknown than usual. There are very few elders who understand what is occurring to us on Earth at this time. Most people are depending on their emotions and intellect to explain all of the experiences they are having. However, the physical explanations are no longer adequate because this is a major spiritual transition affecting our physical experience.

We need our spiritual awareness to comprehend what is taking place in and around us. Unfortunately, few groups offer the spiritual view but depend on the physical perspective of emotions and intellect. Thus, this is a time to turn within to our neutral, spiritual self to see what is. Meditation is the path to discover the spiritual perspective and gain control of the physical reality.

Everyone is spirit and part of the Divine. When we turn within and awaken to our spiritual self, we are able to see what is unfolding for us here on Earth. By accepting that life is a process of change, we learn to use that change to enhance our life. What if we held on to our teenage years instead of moving on to young adulthood and so forth? We would not allow our natural growth and change; or if we did hold on to our past, how is it working? There is always a bit of fear about growth and change because of the unknown, but a spiritual view will help us in any transition.

Since the vibration of Earth and all that is on it has risen to a higher level, the spiritual aspect of our nature is emerging more clearly. Thus, all that has been hidden is coming to the surface. For example, the many worldwide injustices are being seen more clearly. Prejudices against racial groups, genders, religions and other human creations are being recognized as fear-based behavior. The change is assisted by spiritual awakening and the recognition of the fear factor. The resistance to change of any kind is based on fear.

It is time for humans to face their fears because more and greater change is here and coming. We are challenged to look within ourselves and uncover the fear-based behavior such as hate, judgment, prejudice, cruelty and other disruptive behaviors.

We are challenged to accept all humans as sparks of God and to behave accordingly. Eventually, we will create events to force us to get along with each other in order to survive. To avoid a disturbing reality, turn within and meditate. Awaken your spiritual nature and perspective to see yourself clearly. Let go of your childhood and join the adult human family to create a new world based on acceptance, change and growth.
