Meditation I Class
Anyone can learn to meditate! It is easy, practical, and does not require any physical exertion or special equipment. All you need is a chair! You can use many of our Meditation techniques everyday, while at work, at play, and of course, during quiet meditation.
Meditation has many benefits. Everyone can improve their life with meditation. While meditation is for spiritual communication and awakening, it will also enhance your physical experience.
Everyone is welcome! This three week class meets once a week and presents many ancient spiritual mysteries including grounding from the first chakra, centering in your head, consciously moving earth and cosmic energies, and consciously leaving and entering your body. These techniques lead you to your spiritual information and take you on a journey of getting to know yourself and your creations.

Meditation II Class
Take Your Meditation to the Next Level
Meditation is the practice of inner focus, quieting the distractions of the physical world and tuning in to the spiritual realm. Learn techniques to enhance this inner focus and awareness of yourself, the spirit. You will also learn tools to help you be more in touch with your body, its emotions and how to effectively create through it.
This four week class meets once a week and builds on the foundation of Meditation I. Several of the ancient spiritual mysteries presented are: releasing energy of others, grounding other things, cleaning the energy of a room, how to use a protection rose, letting go of effort, enhancing your amusement and having your direct communication with God. You will also gain a greater awareness of your body and its communication to you through the emotions.

I’m extremely glad I completed the CDM Meditation Class. Meditation, being open about new spiritual techniques, and enjoying God without fear were new to me. The group meditations I’ve been attending at CDM’s Everett campus are fantastic, but they just made me hungrier to learn more. The Meditation Class curriculum is logical, helpful, and follows some of the techniques I was already familiar with from CDM group meditations. Teachers Mark and Chelsey taught at a very reasonable pace from someone new to meditation and their enthusiasm for the subject matter helped make the classes fun!
For anyone just starting out with meditation, I highly recommend this course. It’s not always easy to give up 2.5 hours every Sunday for 3 weeks, especially during football season, but you’ll be glad you did. 🙂Patti
